Check Out Trevor Brooks’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Trevor Brooks.

Trevor, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
My family and I were digital nomads that ultimately decided to settle in South Haven to put down roots for our family. We are not restauranteurs by trade so we leveraged the ghost kitchen concept to launch our menus looking to add to the diversity of food available in South Haven. We also wanted to open an outdoor food court concept as well.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s not been smooth, not being restauranteurs by trade required us to take some lumps along the way but we are coming out the other side now! 🙂

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Kitchen Tribes is a food collective that has developed and curated brands inspired by our travels, our childhood, as well as local chefs. Our guests can conveniently enjoy our meals in the seasonal outdoor food park, our indoor lobby, by delivery to their home or convenient curbs-side service. We are known for our Greek food, Asian cuisine and our made to order hamburgers.
