Daily Inspiration: Meet Jasmine Burns

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jasmine Burns.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I am a mom of 2 that was working from home. I decided to dive into my creative side and try something new with the free time that I had! Epoxy resin was always something I was fascinated with. I started my healing journey that year with yoga, meditation, and crystals. Which led me to creating art not only for the beauty of it but with a purpose! The more I learned, the more I expanded.
I started doing art shows, getting custom orders and my business began to grow! As of today, I continue to preserve wedding bouquets, beautiful memorials for lost loved ones, newborns, and anniversaries! I also have my jewelry in a few different locations across west michigan!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It has not always been a smooth road. Learning and perfecting epoxy resin can be difficult but that lead me to learning from my mistakes and growing!

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
Wedding Bouquets are my specialty! I offer a few different option for brides to choose from in all different styles! I personally love making earrings, I have mainly switched to jewelry and mirrors to present at art shows

How do you define success?
Being successful to me is being fulfilled and truly loving what you do!
