Meet Savannah Murphy of Savannah Murphy real estate group LLC powered by Thrive realty co

Today we’d like to introduce you to Savannah Murphy.

Hi Savannah, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Savannah Murphy didn’t set out to chase numbers — she set out to serve people. With a business built 100% on referrals and relationships, she’s created a thriving real estate career, consistently selling between six and eight million dollars a year. But the story behind those numbers is layered with risk, reinvention, and relentless faith.

Before real estate, Savannah spent years in the insurance restoration industry, working closely with families facing unexpected losses and property damage. That experience taught her how to navigate high-pressure situations, communicate with compassion, and advocate fiercely for clients — all of which would later become the foundation of her real estate business. But at the time, she didn’t realize it was preparing her for something bigger.

The leap from a steady paycheck into the uncertain world of entrepreneurship wasn’t easy. Real estate wasn’t just a career change — it was a full transformation. There were seasons of doubt, financial strain, and deep soul-searching. Juggling motherhood, marriage, and the day-to-day demands of caregiving while trying to build a business from the ground up often felt like too much. But in those quiet, humbling moments, Savannah learned to lean not on her own strength, but on her faith.

Through the highs of closing deals and the lows of questioning her path, she kept showing up — for her clients, her family, and most importantly, for herself. She learned to trust that what was meant for her wouldn’t miss her. And little by little, things began to grow — not just the business, but her confidence, her purpose, and her impact.

Today, Savannah’s real estate business is fueled entirely by the relationships she’s nurtured — proof that integrity, consistency, and heart still matter. As a wife, mom of two boys, entrepreneur, and caregiver, she continues to wear many hats, but her compass remains the same: Jesus. Through Him, she’s built a life that reflects not only success, but significance.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My journey definitely hasn’t been smooth — and I don’t think it was ever supposed to be. Growth rarely happens in comfort, and for me, building a career while growing a family has required a lot of sacrifice. There were seasons where the financial risk felt overwhelming — where I had to pour more in than I was taking out, trusting that the seeds I was planting would one day bear fruit. And most people don’t see the behind-the-scenes of what it takes: the late nights, the missed family dinners, the weekends spent showing homes instead of relaxing, and the constant mental load of trying to be fully present for my clients while never wanting to fall short as a mom or a wife.

Time, which is our most precious resource, has been stretched thin at times. I’ve wrestled with guilt, with burnout, with doubt. I’ve had to learn how to set boundaries, give myself grace, and redefine what success really means to me.

But even in the hard moments, I’ve always come back to gratitude. I’m thankful for the clients who trust me, for the family who believes in me, and for the calling that allows me to make a difference. I’m not perfect — but I’m committed. And every hard day has helped shape me into someone more resilient, more faithful, and more grounded in purpose.

As you know, we’re big fans of Savannah Murphy real estate group LLC powered by Thrive realty co. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
At Thrive Realty Co., we don’t just help people buy and sell homes — we help them make confident, informed decisions that align with their goals, their families, and their future. What makes my business unique is that it’s entirely relationship-driven. I’ve built a career on trust, referrals, and genuine connection — and I don’t take that lightly. Whether it’s a first-time homebuyer, a family upsizing, or a seasoned investor managing multiple properties, I work intentionally to make sure every move is a smart one.

What sets us apart at Thrive is the leverage we provide. I’m backed by a powerhouse support system that ensures my clients never miss an opportunity — whether it’s a competitive offer on their dream home, a strategic sale, or a time-sensitive investment deal. That level of service, responsiveness, and agility isn’t just rare — it’s intentional. We specialize in making real estate feel seamless, even in high-stress or fast-moving markets.

Beyond real estate, I also own and operate other businesses in the logistics and home services space, which gives me the ability to pivot and serve clients in a more comprehensive way. From property restoration to home preparation to ongoing maintenance, I understand the bigger picture of what homeownership and investment truly look like — and I bring that perspective into every transaction.

Brand-wise, I’m most proud of the consistency and care that people associate with my name. When someone works with me, they know I’m going to show up with heart, with hustle, and with honesty. I want readers to know that my brand isn’t about being flashy — it’s about being real. I’m here to walk with you through some of life’s biggest decisions, to help you protect your investments, and to do it all with integrity and a faith-led mindset.

Whether you’re buying, selling, investing, or just exploring what’s possible — my team and I are here to help you move with confidence.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Absolutely — my biggest piece of advice when it comes to finding a mentor or building your network is simple: lead with people, not with agenda. Life and business are both about proximity — being shoulder to shoulder with others, learning through shared experiences, and working together for the common good.

For me, networking has never been about collecting contacts — it’s been about building community. I’ve found that when you show up with a good heart, serve others without expectation, and consistently deliver more than what’s asked, the right people start showing up in your life. Mentors, collaborators, partners — they’re drawn to authenticity and effort.

Some of my greatest connections came from being present, whether it was at a small community event, a professional workshop, or simply supporting someone else’s business. It’s not always the biggest stages or formal introductions that make the most impact — it’s the consistent, intentional moments where people see who you really are.

And my last bit of advice? Don’t be afraid to ask questions or seek guidance. Most mentors aren’t looking for perfection — they’re looking for someone who’s hungry to grow, open to feedback, and aligned in values. When you stay rooted in humility and purpose, the right relationships will find
