Meet me, Fatima bazzi owner and founder of Facesbyfatimab . A determined and passionate esthetician who turned my dreams into reality through hard work and perseverance. Born and raised in a different part of the country, I made a bold move to Michigan at the age of 17. After three years of navigating my new life, I discovered my true calling in esthetics. With a fierce determination to succeed, I enrolled in esthetics school, where I honed my skills and developed a passion for helping others achieve glowing, healthy skin.
Before pursuing esthetics, I was in nursing school overseas, where I gained valuable experience in the healthcare field. However, my passion for skincare and wellness led me to pursue esthetics. Despite the challenges I faced as a newcomer with zero clientele, friends, family, or support, I refused to give up. I poured my heart and soul into my craft, dedicating myself to mastering the art of facials and empowering women to feel confident in their own skin.
Years of tireless effort paid off when I finally opened my own business, FaceByFatimaB. With unwavering commitment, I built a loyal client base and established myself as a trusted expert in my field. Today, I take pride in helping countless individuals achieve the radiant complexion they’ve always desired.
My story serves as a testament to the power of perseverance and determination. My journey is a shining example of what can be achieved through hard work, passion, and a willingness to take risks. As a role model for aspiring estheticians and entrepreneurs, I inspire others to chase their dreams, no matter the obstacles.
What’s even more remarkable about my journey is that I didn’t stop there. While opening my business, I went back to nutrition school and became a certified health coach. With my newfound expertise, I launched Nutriglow, a wellness coaching program designed specifically for women. Through Nutriglow, I combine my knowledge of nutrition, hormones, and skincare to help women heal from within, achieve balance, and glow naturally—inside and out.

The Untold Struggles of Being an Esthetician
Being an esthetician looks glamorous on the outside—but behind the glow is grit. When I started, I had no client base, no referrals, and no social proof. I had to earn every appointment through trust, consistency, and results. There were slow months. Cancellations. Doubts. People questioned if facials were “just a luxury,” not realizing the emotional healing behind skin care. I wore all the hats—marketing, booking, cleaning, learning. I held space for clients while managing my own stress behind the scenes.
And as a solo esthetician, it was lonely at times. No team to fall back on. Just me and my belief in what I was building. But through every difficult moment, I grew stronger. I became more than just a service provider—I became a guide, a healer, a safe space.
