Hi Adil , can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Not from the food industry, no experience, Holy Cow started as a small idea of just doing it, had an idea and passion and had to figure out how to just do it, build something, not thinking of what would come out of it. one step at a time and we kept moving forward. We opened our first location not knowing if people would even show up, all we knew is we put the best product we could put together. And from that day for the next 6 months all we did was patty burgers by night and sell by day, lines out the door

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not at all — the road’s been full of bumps, long nights, and lessons we had to learn the hard way. From figuring out how to run a kitchen on a shoestring budget to dealing with unexpected setbacks, it’s been a grind. But that’s what makes it real. We’ve always tried to stay focused on the people — our team, our customers, and our community — and that’s what’s kept us going. We didn’t come into this with all the answers. We just came in with heart, hustle, and a belief that if we took care of people, the rest would follow.

Holy Cow is a fast casual burger spot. We specialize in doing simple food really well, with bold flavors and real attention to detail. Everything we do is made fresh and made to order.
