Today we’d like to introduce you to Lauren Hogarth.

Hi Lauren, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
What started as a search for nontoxic, safe bath products for our infant daughter in 2020 turned into a years-long search. We truly struggled to find clean products that were effective and smelled great while being gentle on our daughter’s sensitive skin. We eventually settled on the brand that we stuck with until the birth of our son in 2023, who we found to have even more sensitive skin. It was back to the drawing board! After asking around and seeing countless posts online, we realized that our children were not alone with this issue and decided to take matters into our own hands.

As a stay at home mother, I’ve been able to dedicate much of my free time to the research, development, and marketing of our product; the efforts of which has helped us garner a growing social media following, as well as both local and Amazon sales.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It hasn’t been the smoothest of roads, but hasn’t been the worst either. We knew what we were looking for, so we sampled multiple formulas and scents until we found just that.

We have learned along the way that there are many parents like us who have struggled to find something gentle and effective, so getting into those households hasn’t been too difficult.

On the flip side however, we understand plenty have already found products that work for their children, so a big focus has been how to get the attention of those people. So I’d say our biggest challenge has been figuring out how to get those families to at least try our product, ideally making the switch from others that are already part of their routine.

It’s going to sound cliché, but most of my favorite childhood memories include growing up in Traverse City. Whether it was growing up on the water, spending the days at any of our beautiful beaches and all of the summertime festivities, or skiing in the winter, I’ve always had a soft spot in my heart for my childhood home.
