Today we’d like to introduce you to Michael Maxim.

Hi Michael, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
After a thirty four year career in a different profession, also of public service, I decided to combine my love of people and my love of architecture and move on to the next career of my life. The journey of life as well as in real estate sales, has given me more great memories.
And well learned lessons that have helped refine the man I am. I am also grateful for having remarkable peers and friends of many years that have been my mentors and support along the way.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The road has not always been smooth. As a matter of fact, starting an brand new profession from the ground up has been a significant challenge. It has also been a massive reward for the people I have met and those I have been able to help find their homes.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
In my previous profession, I worked as a creative, and I carried that creativity into my real. Estate career, which allows me out of the box thinking and preparedness for most anything thrown at me. Challenges serve me well and I rise to the occasion every time.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
I am humbled.And a place of gratitude everyday, I truly believe we do not know what is to come around any corner and have to be open-minded and with an open heart.
