Hi Cassandra, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
The journey to creating VM Skincare started from a deeply personal place. I’ve always been passionate about natural beauty and holistic living, but I became increasingly unenchanted with so-called ‘natural’ skincare brands. I wanted products that were truly pure and effective—something that would transform skin without compromising on quality or safety.

My vision was to create luxurious, non-toxic skincare that actually delivers results. I spent countless hours researching ancient beauty rituals and powerful botanicals used by queens throughout history. That’s where the heart of VM Skincare began to take shape—skincare fit for royalty.

I focused on high-end, cold-pressed organic oils and hero ingredients like blue tansy, prickly pear, helichrysum, and frankincense. These ingredients hydrate, produce collagen, soothe inflammation, and protect the skin barrier. Sourcing them ethically and sustainably was non-negotiable. I wanted to honor both nature and my products.

Building this brand from the ground up took determination, creativity, and unwavering faith. I knew I had something special, but I also knew it would take hard work to earn people’s trust. Relationships and community have been at the core of everything I do, and I’ve been blessed with support.

Today, VM Skincare is more than just a brand—it’s a movement toward luxurious, clean beauty. We’re proving that skincare can be both effective and ethical, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to see real transformations with our products

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
For VM Skincare, the journey definitely hasn’t been smooth. One of the biggest challenges has been ensuring that the products meet my high standards while remaining luxurious and effective. I didn’t just want to create another skincare line—I wanted something truly transformative and trustworthy. Finding ingredients that were both non-toxic and potent enough to deliver results took a lot of research and trial and error.

Building trust with my audience was another major hurdle. The skincare industry is flooded with brands claiming to be “natural” or “clean,” but many fall short when it comes to concentration and effectiveness.

Staying motivated during the slow growth phases was tough too. There were moments when I doubted whether people would resonate with the brand or see the value in what I was creating. But every piece of positive feedback, every transformation story from customers, and every small win fueled me to keep pushing forward.

Through it all, I’ve learned that passion and persistence are key. Building something meaningful takes time, but I know the quality and care behind VM Skincare are worth it.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
One of the things I’m most proud of is the trust I’ve built with my customers. From my past experiences, I’ve learned that customer service is everything. I know how important it is to truly listen to people, understand what they’re looking for, and go above and beyond to deliver an amazing experience. Whether it’s answering questions personally, sharing skincare tips, or making sure every order feels special, I put the customer at the forefront of everything I do.

What sets VM Skincare apart is that it’s not just about selling products—it’s about building relationships and making people feel valued. I’m dedicated to quality, transparency, and putting people first. My passion for helping others feel beautiful and confident drives everything I do, and I believe that commitment shines through in the brand.

What was your favorite childhood memory?
One of my favorite childhood memories is spending time outdoors with my family. We were always doing something active—hiking, camping, or just exploring nature together. My parents instilled in me a deep love for the outdoors and an appreciation for the beauty of God’s creation. I remember feeling so free and happy, running through the trees and soaking in the fresh air. Those moments shaped my love for natural beauty and influenced my passion for creating skincare that’s rooted in nature and purity.

Looking back, I realize how much those experiences taught me about hard work, resilience, and staying grounded—all of which have played a big role in building VM Skincare. Plus, being surrounded by nature definitely inspired my focus on using botanical ingredients that are pure, powerful, and effective.
