Today we’d like to introduce you to Tony Rubleski
Hi Tony, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I help companies and their teams get inspired to share ideas, instead of staying disengaged or quitting.
We work worldwide via speaking, writing, and training sharing what I call Positive Disruption both online and at in-person conferences, staff meetings and annual events. Sharing proven ideas and strategies to help people achieve greater happiness and fulfillment with their work and calling is the daily calling.
2025 will be my 20th year in business as a paid professional speaker, bestselling author of multiple books, trainer, coach, and business consultant to hundreds of business and association clients of all shapes and sizes. A key area of my business has been the opportunity to inspire hundreds of groups, chambers of commerce, trade groups and associations, and with individual organizations at their quarterly and annual all-staff meetings.
May 7th, 2024 marked the release of my ninth book in the Bestselling Mind Capture book series, So, You Want to Write a Book – How to Get Off Your Ass & Make it Happen. We are also excited to host the upcoming 13th Annual Mind Capture Bootcamp taking place on October 10, 2024 in Mackinac Island, Michigan.
I’m called the Hope Dealer. I see possibility and solutions within each person not limitations, fear, or doubt. There is great joy when speaking with individuals and groups when I witness the “aha switch” turn on inside them when exciting new ideas and possibilities spark their minds and imagination.
Sharing positivity worldwide with others is my passion, calling, and daily internal driver. I’m grateful for the chance to connect and engage with so many amazing people and organizations seeking a more positive and fulfilling way to approach both business and life.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s been challenging for sure, but worth it. Being an entrepreneur is often times the most lonely job in the world.
A few challenges:
*Working through a divorce, gambling addiction 8-years ago and travel
*Dealing with being misunderstood as a creative writer, teacher, and consultant
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I enjoy writing and sharing wisdom with others worldwide. Grateful to have made it to 20+ years self-employed and that clients still seek me out for advice, speaking, books, and teaching.
Tony Rubleski is the Author of the Bestselling “Mind Capture” book series. Book #10 in the series, Don’t Quit – Do It! will be released in the Fall of 2025.
