Today we’d like to introduce you to Pamela Pettway
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
SpaLyfe began in Santa Monica, California as a Luxury Mobile Spa offering professional Spa services to Celebrity, Elite and Professional Clientele. In 2014 Pamela Pettway ventured out to Ann Arbor, Michigan to launch SpaLyfe brick and Brick and Mortar Spa and Wellness in the heart of Ann Arbor, Michigan in the exclusive Arbor Hills Shopping Center. This is where Pamela launched SpaLyfe’s very own SpaClub Membership program designed to encourage and vacillate wellness, self care and self reflection through following a routine Spa and Wellness visits via an affordable and flexible membership program.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
We have definitely had our Wins making successful 2020- 2021 Pivot to Post Operative Care and Post Op Massage services as well as our move to Southfield in very own 2000 sqft suite with two Restrooms and a client waiting room. All the same we saw a downturn in sells in 2022 and early 2023 after our move to Southfield. However we recently made another pivot from our consumer based SpaClub Membership to our New Business to Business Corporate WellClub Membership that provides us with the clientele volume we need to grow and expand.

SpaLyfe is a Spa and Wellness Center based in the heart of Southfield, Michigan. We specialize in Advanced Skin Care, Post Op Care, Body Contouring and just recently Launched our very own Corporate Wellclub Membership program. In general we offer a variety of results driven services such as Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Radio Frequency Skin Tightening, Dmk Enzyme Facials, HydraFacial’s, DermaplanePro, Celluma LED Light, Body Scrub Hydrating Wrap and Custom Massage, Custom Bioelements Facial, and Infrared Sauna Body Wrap to name a few. Alongside our high quality services we are launching our very own Membership based online Wellness, Personal Care and Beauty Store, SpaLyfeShop.com with a tenative launch date of July 31st 2025 !
Do you any memories from childhood that you can share with us?
One of my favorite childhood memories was looking through JcPenny’s Magazines for clothes to wear at my future Corporate Job, I had a full wardrobe of business attire shoe’s, pants, suits, blouses and coats you name it, I had my list.
