Today we’d like to introduce you to Ahmed M Fayz

Hi Ahmed M, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Father has been in this business for over 35 years. as the oldest i decided to join , learn , and adapt to the world of real estate sales and investments. previously i worked in the building industry as a roofer, cement, and fencer. attended Wayne state college and school craft college where i became a state licensed fireman . was a reservist in the united states army ( graduated from the school of the infantry). I am now a Broker and as well a Licensed Mi residential builder. Anything to do with residential homes i know the ins and outs. from building them to remodeling. ( i take my knowledge when it comes to residential homes very seriously) I believe it is a must to be able to achieve success

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
nothing that’s worth it is ever going to be smooth. my first year i struggled but did not give up. watching other people around me drop out and not handle the heat as I could just motivated me to keep going. As the years went on it get progressively better and better. now I am an associate broker at my agency over looking most of the deals and managing the office within just 4 short years.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
The thing that I specialize the most when it comes to real estate is finding great income property for investment . weather its a fixer upper or just needs nail polish( if you catch my drift) I’m always looking for great income property for myself or clients.

If you had to, what characteristic of yours would you give the most credit to?
some of the most important qualities to my success have to be , hard work which beats talent. another would be working overtime and at the oddest hours including in the middle of the night. patience , and perseverance. the most important with me is honesty. if i see something that’s not nonbeneficial to be. I will more than likely relay it to my client.
