Today we’d like to introduce you to Rachel Tribuzio
Hi Rachel, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started Mālie Therapeutic in 2020 when Covid hit. The people I talked to when I was networking and marketing were longing for human connection due to the isolation taking place in the world. Mālie became a safe space for many people to talk, get human interaction, and get connected to healing their body since they hadn’t been able to in so long. From there it really exploded with how involved I got in talking with people in the community, reaching people on social media, and asking for reviews. It has been the best adventure I could have asked for! As we grew I hired on more people to help with the influx of people we had and it’s blossomed into something truly special.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s never a smooth road, we’ve had ups and downs like our building getting ran into by a semi-truck, or when our AC went out mid summer. All things out of my control by my clients have been loyal through it all. My whole goal was to make this place an environment that our clients never wanted to leave. I believe that we’ve been able to achieve that even through the challenges behind the scenes as well!
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
We focus on quality work as our highest priority. Quality products, people, and services are top of mind always for us! Just trying to provide the best services with devices like SkinPen Microneedling, Face Reality Acne Bootcamp, Glymed Plus Peels and Skincare, and of course incredibly talented Massage Therapists and Estheticians.
Something that sets this business apart is that I personally have licenses in both Massage Therapy and Esthetics. There’s nothing that we do that I can’t train my team extremely well and thoroughly on and I take pride in that ability!
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
I’ve made friends with all of the people I can in the community. I’ve made great connections and just getting out in the city has been an amazing credit to helping me learn more and make great relationships.
