Hi Allan & Rosemary, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
After spending a decade in the handmade bridal industry, we found ourselves facing a challenge, our business desperately needed help. With no social media presence and a limited budget, we knew we couldn’t afford to hire an agency. But we also knew we couldn’t ignore the power of digital marketing.
With determination and a strong desire to succeed, my husband and I decided to take matters into our own hands. We dove deep into the world of online marketing, learning everything we could to transform our website and social media presence.

Our hard work and dedication paid off, and we successfully turned our business around. That journey led us to create Michigan Splash Marketing, where we now share our knowledge and passion for helping other small businesses navigate the digital world.

Rosemary was honored to teach two semesters at Schoolcraft College’s S.B.D.C. program, where she empowered small handmade businesses to build out their shops and master the art of marketing themselves on Etsy. Helping others achieve their dreams became our new mission.

That same passion for helping businesses grow now fuels Michigan Splash Marketing. We specialize in social media image, branding, consulting, and website development. We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road to where we are today certainly hasn’t been smooth, but every challenge has taught us valuable lessons. Early on, we struggled to balance a growing family, a limited budget, and our desire to learn and grow in the world of digital marketing. There were many late nights spent researching, experimenting, and tweaking our approach, but with perseverance, we began to see real results.

One of the biggest hurdles was realizing how much time and effort it takes to build and maintain a strong online presence. It’s not just about creating content; it’s about being consistent, understanding analytics, and adapting strategies to keep up with the ever-changing landscape of social media and online marketing trends.

Despite these challenges, we wouldn’t trade the journey for anything. Every obstacle has helped us refine our approach and better understand how to help others grow their businesses. And with each milestone, we continue to push forward, always learning and adapting. The road may not always be easy, but it’s been a rewarding one!
