Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniel Doletzky

Hi Daniel, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My family is one of plumbers my grandfather was a plumber and an inspector. Then my father was a plumber for many years before he started K&D Plumbing he opened it in 1995 so we are coming up on our 30th year. I took over complete control last year November and I have been running it since. I have also been working in the company since I was 19 I’m a master plumber which is the top license you can get.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Just like any business and someone starting out not knowing a whole lot about running a business there has been some bumps but over all my father left me with a well set up business I’m just trying to keep running it properly taking great care of my clients and their plumbing needs.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about K&D Plumbing ?
We are a plumbing company that specializes in repair, remodel and repipe. I’m a one man band, so I don’t have the man power to take on commercial work. I think what my customers enjoy is the fact that they are dealing with the owner of the company every day they will never get sent out somebody who isn’t the owner and the one responsible for the company I really think that people enjoy that. I love you come into a situation that others haven’t been able to figure out and figure it out for the customer it really is fun when you run into the scenarios. Remodel work is allot like that too, people will want fixtures moved all over the place and you need to find a way to move the plumbing sometimes it’s not as easy as you would think. But with a little bit of imagination it’s amazing what you can figure out.
