Exploring Life & Business with Daniel Okunawo of EEVisions

Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniel Okunawo.

Daniel Okunawo

Hi Daniel, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I’ve always been a fan of capturing moments and pictures. I’m the friend that pulls out the camera to record everything I can possibly remember to capture. I’ve played with editing for a while as well. Around my birthday in 2024 a close friend along with other friends surprised me with my first camera Sony A7II and that’s when the real journey began. Ever since then I’ve refined my craft and in a short amount of time increased the quality of my work as you see today.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I would say the only obstacle would be the inability to get out and shoot whenever. We have things that we all are doing through out the day that occupy majority of our time. I wouldn’t call them struggles though, rather little bumps that require you to pivot. I believe one of the best ways is to practice shooting and working with whatever gear you have. I don’t think you should just go out and shoot but the ability to do so while having a purpose for shooting is a game changer.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about EEVisions?
EEV is short for Eagle Eye Visions. I specialize in, right now, photography. My area i focus in are portraits, however due to what my business is meant to be I’d like to move towards the wedding/event scene. I am best known for capturing angles, I’m an observer at heart so it helps in me being able to know when i need to capture a moment. The reason it’s called Eagle Eye is because I see what you can’t and that is why I am able to capture such candid moments and amazing angles.

My professionalism and energy I put into my work is what I believe sets me apart from others. I spend a lot of time refining my craft and my brand prides itself in providing QUALITY work.

Readers should know that whenever you book with EEVisions you are getting a professional high quality delivering, comforting, and organized individual who would love to capture you and or your special moments.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
Everyone always say go out and shoot and you’ll get better but they never say go out with a purpose. Learn what you want to shoot, learn what type of photographer you want to be. Learn what editing style you want to specialize in, there’s so many to choose from. Also, be open minded and teachable. I believe that’s one of the best ways to excel in whatever it is you do.
