Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Diminishing the boredom with music is nothing new for me in the slightest. Growing up as an only child with the majority of my time going towards Junior A hockey, any free time I had usually consisted of me picking up an instrument and freestlyling some tunes. Never being one to play already written songs, but instead going with the flow and creating things as I progress. This would years later be the main reason I have the ability to do what I do today.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
You’re bound to struggle when taking a leap into the unknown, especially all on your own. Being self taught definitely has its advantages at times, but others can be quite the struggle. Starting from zero and with every decision up to you, mistakes and challenges to come are a given. What makes someone and their passion stand out, is how they push through those challenges and short comings, navigating the path to their success.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
The boundaries of my brand are ever growing as I fine tune what I portray to the world. The music, videos, covers, clothing, brand deals and anything else with my name attached is slowly morphing into what symbolizes me and my brand best. Keeping a serious, yet light hearted approach to things just as life itself, I’m pushing to inspire and motivate others with the art I create.

A visual revamp is already in progress as the videos, clothings, covers and everything else to do with AXS hold a steady rise in professionalism. Aiming for an overall positive message and inspiration within the lyrics, I’m looking to make a better place out of this world one song at a time and hope you’re apart of the journey!

Risk taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
You don’t get anywhere worth going without some type of risk involved. Deciding to go the path I’ve gone in life is a risk itself, but definitely one worth taking. A dream can only take you so far without the risk of chasing it. Putting something you make and truly care about out into the world can be a very difficult thing to do, but consistent effort and staying true to yourself will almost guarantee success to a certain degree. My advice to you… take the risk.
