Exploring Life & Business with Alexia Hoffman of Alexia Hoffman Co + Mom Boss Central

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexia Hoffman

Hi Alexia, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started my real estate career at 19, trading a lacrosse scholarship for what quickly became my true calling. By 23, I was a partner at my brokerage, diving into every opportunity and growing my business with passion and a relentless work ethic. My husband and I also built a portfolio of over 60 self-managed rental properties in just three years, which deepened my understanding of real estate and investment strategy in a hands-on way.

On top of all this, I’m a mom to three young daughters, including twins, and with baby number four arriving in March, I’ll have welcomed four kids in 30 months. Balancing a rapidly growing family and a career has completely transformed my perspective on building a life and business that truly aligns with my values and goals.

That’s why I’m so passionate about coaching, speaking, and sharing my journey to help others build lives they’re proud of. Through my coaching business and Mom Boss Central community, I empower entrepreneurial moms to chase big goals while navigating the demands of work and motherhood. Whether I’m coaching, speaking, or connecting in the Mom Boss Central community, my mission is to support other women in creating fulfilled, balanced, and successful lives.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road has definitely had its share of bumps, but each challenge has shaped where I am today. Leaving my real estate brokerage was a big decision—it came down to realizing that the path I was on didn’t align with my vision for freedom, growth, and long-term goals. I wanted to create a business on my own terms, one where I could serve my clients and grow my investments while also having time for my family. Making that choice was powerful but intimidating, especially when so many other people would have chosen to stay on a “safer” path.

Then there are the challenges that come with being a working mom. Mom guilt is real, and the struggle to balance my business, clients, and family can feel constant. Hiring the right team has been another uphill battle. I’ve had to hire, fire, and refine my team more times than I’d like, but each decision brought me closer to creating a group of people who truly understand and support my mission. And as if that weren’t enough, one of our rental properties caught fire—a devastating experience that tested my resilience and taught me the importance of having solid systems and insurance in place.

Imposter syndrome has also been a recurring challenge, especially in those early years. Building a career in real estate so young, I often wondered if I was experienced enough to do what I was doing. Overcoming these feelings, learning to trust myself, and building genuine confidence has been a journey of its own.

Despite the struggles, each hurdle has pushed me to grow. Today, I’m more aligned with my vision, more confident in my path, and grateful for every lesson learned.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Alexia Hoffman Co + Mom Boss Central?
My core mission is helping people live their most fulfilled lives. Through coaching, speaking, and building Mom Boss Central, I’m dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs to bridge the gap between the goals they’re setting and their bigger long-term dreams. I believe everyone deserves a life that aligns deeply with what matters most to them, and I focus on helping my clients break through the noise to pursue that purpose.

A huge part of my work is guiding others to clarify their vision, set meaningful goals, and take concrete steps toward their ideal future. Mom Boss Central is an extension of this mission—a space where entrepreneurial moms come together for real conversations, practical strategies, and community support that empowers them to succeed without sacrificing their fulfillment or time with loved ones.

Alongside my coaching and speaking, I serve my community through Clarksville Coffee & Real Estate, where I help families and investors find properties that support their own journeys toward fulfillment and serve our community with a place to gather. Whether it’s through a coaching session, a keynote, or helping someone find their dream home, I’m driven by the belief that everyone deserves to live a life they truly love and are passionate about.

Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most important lesson I’ve learned along my journey is the significance of knowing your “why” before setting goals. It’s crucial to have clarity on your long-term vision for your most fulfilled life.

It’s easy to set goals that seem like the next logical step or that others expect of you, but what truly matters is that the goals you choose are aligned with your own values and aspirations. This alignment ensures that every step you take is meaningful and moves you closer to a life that resonates with who you are, rather than just following a path laid out by others. Embracing this clarity allows you to pursue your dreams authentically and joyfully, paving the way for true fulfillment.
