Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Crowder

Hi Ashley , so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
Allow me to introduce myself!

My name is Ashley Crowder, the girly behind the charms. I’ve been married to my husband, Matthew for 7 years. We have two wonderful children, Cash and Teagan, they’re my pride and joy.

My full time job is in the medical field but I always felt something was missing. Enter Luxe Links. I’m a huge girly girl, so starting this business has been SO fun. I love watching everyone curate necklaces that tell their unique story, as we all have one to tell.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Figuring out the best places to source charms from has proved to be my biggest challenge since starting this business. Different vendors have different quality standards, and quality is one of my top priorities.

I’ve also found time management to be an obstacle. With working full time in medical sales and also having a family, figuring out my work life balance has proved to be difficult. I’m learning daily, and so thankful to have the love and support that I do.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Luxe Links is a charm bar experience where you can come make your very own charm necklace, bracelet, or earrings. I’ve made it my mission to ensure each customer has a great experience when visiting our popups.

I’m proud of all the pieces I’ve made since June 2024 and all the women that have been brought together because of Luxe Links.

Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
In my experience, you have to go into it loving what you do and prepared for the time commitment. There is so much behind the scenes work that goes on, and figuring out time management and prioritizing certain aspects of the business is super important.

I’m still working on the time management portion, but I’m confident as time goes on I’ll find my groove.
