Founding Inspiration: 

Stacie Croffe MSN, RN a seasoned nurse with experience in cardiac step-down, emergency medicine, and nursing management, founded Facey Stacey Health Spa. Her pivot from mainstream healthcare to preventative medicine was fueled by a desire to innovate and transform the health and wellness industry. Stacie’s realization of the underappreciation of nurses and the reactive nature of Western medicine sparked her to create a space where preventative care was paramount. 

Early Challenges and Breakthroughs: 

The spa initially offered IV vitamin therapy, wellness injections, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments. However, community engagement proved challenging, highlighting the difficulty in shifting mindsets toward proactive health management. The pivotal shift came when Stacie chose to listen actively to the needs of the women she served, tailoring services to their desires and requirements. 

Expansion and Recognition: 

From its humble beginnings in Flint, MI, the spa relocated to Novi, expanding its clientele to include high-performing women and C-suite executives. Quality remained the cornerstone, with services expanding to include corporate wellness retreats and the signature “Weight a Minute” weight loss program. The spa’s commitment to individualized care and empowerment led to recognition as the #1 medical spa in Flint by Trust Analytica in 2023.

– In the early days, gaining visibility and acceptance in the local community was a significant challenge. The concept of proactive and preventative health care wasn’t immediately embraced, necessitating strategic outreach and education.

2. **Shifting Healthcare Mindsets:**

– Convincing potential clients to invest in preventative health measures, rather than the traditional reactive approach to healthcare, posed a hurdle. Changing deeply ingrained perceptions about health and wellness required persistence and innovative communication strategies.

3. **Building a Client Base:**

– Establishing a loyal client base in a competitive market, especially when diverging from traditional aesthetic and wellness models, required time and effort. Building trust and demonstrating the value of the spa’s unique approach was crucial.

4. **Operational Challenges:**

– As with any growing business, operational challenges such as managing finances, expanding services, and hiring qualified staff were encountered. Balancing growth with maintaining high-quality service demanded careful planning and management.

5. **Navigating the Pandemic:**
