Hi Antionett, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Hello, it’s an honor to be able to speak with you today. As a teenager, I knew I loved helping others. I started as a healthcare professional back in 2011. I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur and continue to help others in a different way and work for myself helping others. I genuinely love helping other people. As a health professional, I worked with patients that had severe mental illnesses, cancer, and much more. I loved my job, but I wanted more. Fast forward to 2019, I took a leap of faith right as COVID started to start my own business. I worked a 9-5 and still getting my brand-new business up and running. I had so many early morning and late nights. After about a year, I no longer wanted to continue working for anyone, I wanted to be my own boss. I prayed on it, meditated, and spoke it into existence. Today I am a proud owner of 3 Successful Businesses in the Dearborn Heights/ Detroit area.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Absolutely not! I had many struggles, and at times, I still do. When I was getting started as an entrepreneur, I had no guidance, no road maps, nothing. I had to study my crafts, learn from others that were already successful in my industries, and get mentors. I had some loses along the way, but I also had some Major wins as well. It took a lot of blood, sweat, and tears to be where I am today. Being an entrepreneur is not for the weak, you have to stay focused and dedicated through every season of your business and your journey.
We’ve been impressed with Level Up Financial, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Level Up Financial, LLC is my firstborn baby. Lol, What my company does is Consult with clients and help them build stronger businesses, make sure they are structured properly, make they have business plans in order, create strategies to help them get funding. We want them to have the best personal and business profiles, so that will definitely get Approved for anything. We offer Coaching, mentorship’s, diy credit services, digital trainings, and much more. We are known for getting the best results in the shortest timeframe. I’m proud of my brand because I’m Actually helping change lives and create wealth for my clients. This is what sets us apart, I am very active with the clients never let them feel like they are going through the process alone. We literally walk them through each program, class, holding their hands… Most companies will just give them a link and that’s it figures it out! I didn’t want that. I wanted the experience with us to be very personal and memorable.
Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
Yes, definitely, I love to read some of my favorite books that have helped me in my journey are: The 4-hour workweek, how to win friends and influence people, Start with why, The 5A.M Club just name a few. Also, I have really good people around me that have helped me through my journey. My Mentors Dave Cousin, Michael Drake, and Ron Buyck have definitely helped me get to where I am today. I am forever grateful for them.
