Conversations with Mallory Palombit

Today we’d like to introduce you to Mallory Palombit. 

Hi Mallory, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today.
I became a nurse in 2011 with the goal to heal and help others, working at the bedside in surgical units and ICUs across Michigan for over a decade. With a greater goal of helping others, I pursued my master’s degree from the University of Michigan and graduated with honors as an acute care nurse practitioner. As a nurse practitioner, I was empowered by my abilities to spread joy and motivate patients to heal and overcome their health struggles at a deeper level. It was through connecting with people I felt reward and happiness. 

It was when opportunity and preparedness met that Facial Artistry & Aesthetics was born. Years of dedication as a nurse translated into a journey of spreading not only joy but confidence in women of all ages. Located in Novi, I am able to support women throughout their journey and empower them to find confidence throughout the aging process. As a botox and filler specialist, I take great pride in my craft and encourage women to find a renewed sense of self through self-care. Not only do I provide in-person services in the Metro Detroit area, I provide in-home concierge serves as requested. It has been my greatest accomplishment in life making women feel beautiful again and boosting their confidence! 

We all face challenges, but looking back, would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Building a business was not without its challenges. In 2022, not only was I building a business but also planning an entire wedding and jump-starting my personal life at the same time. It was through my perseverance and dedication that I was able to push through and thrive on the other side. My biggest asset was my faith and believing in myself! I personally believe that with faith and dedication, all dreams are possible! 

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
As a nurse practitioner, I am an advanced provider with additional training in physical assessment, physiology, and pharmacology. When looking for someone to perform advanced medical procedures such as botox and fillers, it is important to ensure they are qualified to perform the job. As a nurse practitioner, I have a master’s degree which allows me to more comprehensively understand anatomy as well as put your safety first and foremost! 

Not only do I have additional educational degrees, I have done several specialized trainings in botox and filler techniques. Lip Filler and Botox are a few of my favorite procedures to provide my clients. I also love helping brides feel the best on their big day!
