Today we’d like to introduce you to Pinkiee Jets. 

Hi Pinkiee, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstories with our readers.
I’ve never had to talk about the beginning, feels a little weird. My passion for glam started at maybe 9 or 10 years old! Seeing my mom use lipstick as an all-in-one makeup! Shortly after I started carrying as I would say a “baby girl bag” those little kits that came with a little purse, roll-on lip gloss, and sticky glitter eyeshadow! The real girlies know! As time went on, I asked my mom for more types of makeup! She wasn’t having it! “That’s too old for you” she would say! In middle school as a Christmas gift my older sister wrapped panty liners, kinda strange I know! “Thinking she was just playing a sick joke,” I cried and throw it on my bed! She said, “open it crybaby” It was a 5-shade eyeshadow and one eyeliner pencil! Fast forward, high school was filled with multiply color eyeshadow, thick brows, and heavy highlighter! Selfie after Selfie, Capturing my favorite party fits and fashion finds! 

During my teenage years, I was the “will you take a picture of me”, “no take a video”, “where is my phone I have to get a picture, so I don’t forget,” “spending nights watching makeup legends and famous fashion baddies. Creating makeup looks to what I thought was a magic trick! Watching fashion and modeling shows! I started spending hours practicing and thrifting! 

Now, I have 4+ years self-taught makeup Artistry under my belt. Two of which are professional. Receiving my esthetic license in 21” and learning skin in an expert perspective has helped my makeup application so much! To add to my MUA life… My confidence has always been the highlight of who I am! Encourage my peers to seriously showcase more of it! In these last two years, I’ve taken on the role as an influencer of all things beauty, fashion, and wellness. Using my audience to Push curvy fashion, important wellness, and motivational tips! Most recently I’ve been building my portfolio as a plus-size Model & aspiring Actress! 

While using my platforms I’ve received so many opportunities! Event Hosting, Hired Makeup Gigs, Paid club Appearances, brand collaboration and partnership, fashion shows and so many more! 

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
SMOOTH? Of course, looking from the outside in but to me more like… hydroplaning on a back road at 2 am! 

Relocating here this year was honestly the worst best decision I’ve ever made. Leaving my friends that became like family, My Clients, and most importantly my personal comfort. The first couple months my mental transition was awFul! Doing the things I loved began discouraging! Pushing myself to Remain open-minded, friendly, and full of life made the transition smoother! I’m currently a Full-time cosmetology student, holding full-time job, working as a part-time MUA while being a content creator/ influencer! Working to rebuild everything is where I am now…. Struggling daily while juggle all I do! Striving to be consistent and staying motivated! Something I’ve learned is “that life starts when you go past your comfort zone!” A year ago, I wanted all I do know, I’ll happily struggle! 

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I’m currently an Ohio/Michigan traveling Pro Makeup Artist. Offering natural & Superstar glam looks! Opening my Books April 2023 for all Esthetic & Selective hair services! (Teeth jewels, facials, tap-in(s) micro links) Looking for promotional & hosting opportunities! Wanting to push out of my comfort zone within Modeling! So, let’s work! 

Alright, so to wrap up, is there anything else you’d like to share with us?
I’d like to take a second to appreciate my support system! To my all my sisters, thank you for encouraging and supporting as I chase my dreams and most importantly for pick me ups on the hard days. Mom, for the laughs and support! “Momma I’m gonna get rich” her response “I’m waiting on you”! Lastly to my older sister Alexis for the honest opinions that make or break my growth and push to go harder! I love you guys!
